Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our online pages, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept all credit & debit cards through our payment clearer PAYPAL. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and PAYPAL will convert the transaction from your local currency to £GBP.
Shipping And Handling
The cost of sending a parcel falls in to 3 zones:
UK – England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, Shetland Islands and Channel Islands
Europe
Rest of the World
Our shipping cost are based on the combined weight of the items you order and is calculated at the checkout. Please see the Shipping Page for more detail.
Delivery Schedule
We aim to despatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt.
UK Mainland delivery normally next day working day, other countries delivery as per the service you choose, but in any case normally within 7 working days.
Subject to circumstances beyond our control.
Out Of Stock Items
You can register your interest in any product we may be out of stock of and when it comes back in to stock we will email you.
Tax Charges
Taxes are included in all prices.
Credit Card Security
All credit card transactions are handled by PAYPAL. We do not have access to any of your credit/debit card details as these are encrypted by Paypal.
Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction.
Goods damaged in transit will be replaced but only if you contact us within 10 days of receipt.

Returns Policy
Returns are accpeted on faulty goods only and we must be contacted within 10 days of receipt.
Postage will be refunded at Second Class postage rate for faulty items or mistakes made by ourselves.
